With an extensive background in management, sales and customer services, he specializes in the areas of leadership, performance management, sales and negotiation. He has developed and facilitated trainings and workshops globally for both large and medium-sized companies in a variety of industries, in a profit and a non-profit environment.

Prior to his present role, Willem was a Sales Marketing Manager for a larger international organisations in the Benelux, and worked as a senior for an international consultancy agency. As an entrepreneur he also established an international trading company which he sold after 5 years in 2009 to a business partner.

Having a large experience in management and sales as well as in entrepreneurship he easily relates to participants in workshops/trainings and helps them to apply what they are learning, matching it with their daily activities and performance.

Willems conviction is that humans are obliged to act, maintaining a world that serves both humans and nature in its best way. His favourite quote from Dale Carnegie focuses on the need to act:

“Inaction breeds doubt and fear. Action breeds confidence and courage. If you want to conquer fear, do not sit at home and think about it. Go out and get busy”.
